This Privacy Policy explains how DigitalLofts Agency ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Whereabouts (the "App"), a store-locator tool that displays store locations on a map. Whereabouts is designed to process as little information as possible.

1. Information We Process

Whereabouts only processes information you provide to us so the App can function:

• Store location information. The location details you enter — such as store names, addresses, and coordinates — which the App displays as points on a map.
• Your Mapbox access token. A Mapbox API key that you provide, which the App uses solely to render maps. We do not use it for any other purpose.

We do not require you to create an account with us, and we do not intentionally collect personal information about your customers or store visitors.

2. How We Use This Information

We use the information you provide only to operate the App — that is, to display your store locations on a map and to load that map using your Mapbox access token. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

3. Maps & Mapbox

Maps in the App are rendered using Mapbox and the access token you provide. When a map loads, the viewer's browser communicates directly with Mapbox to retrieve map tiles and related resources. That interaction is subject to Mapbox's own privacy practices — see the Mapbox Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Mapbox's processing of that data.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With infrastructure providers who help us host and run the App (for example, our hosting provider), acting on our behalf.
• Legal reasons. When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DigitalLofts or others.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain the store location information and Mapbox token you provide only for as long as you use the App. When you uninstall the App or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
